All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Product colours, designs, and descriptions are displayed as accurately as possible, but may vary slightly due to screen settings or manufacturing differences.

Orders are confirmed once payment is processed. For made-to-order products, production will begin after confirmation.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We ship globally.

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or other factors beyond our control.

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

4. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

For made-to-order items, cancellations must be made within [24 hours] of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are not guaranteed.

For stocked items, returns are accepted within [30 days] of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items cannot be returned if they are custom, personalised, worn, washed, or damaged due to misuse.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within [X] business days after inspection.

Faulty or incorrect items must be reported to [support@theoatrix.com] within [7 days] of delivery with photos and order details.
