Privacy Policy - Theoatrix Toolkit​

Theoatrix Toolkit (“the App”) is operated by Theoatrix (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices when you use the App.

1) Information We Collect

A. Account Information (Google / Apple Sign-In)

If you choose to create an account or log in, you can sign in using Google or Apple. When you do, we receive information from your chosen sign-in provider to authenticate you and create/maintain your account.

This may include:

  • A unique user identifier provided by Google/Apple

  • Your name / display name (if provided by the provider and permitted by you)

  • Your email address (if provided by the provider and permitted by you)

  • A profile photo (optional, if provided by the provider)

We do not request or access your Google/Apple password.

B. Content You Provide in the App

The App may allow you to enter information for calculators or tools. This information is processed to provide the feature.
Unless explicitly stated in the App, we do not treat these entries as personal profile data, and we do not use them to identify you.

C. App Usage Data (Analytics)

At this time, we do not collect analytics or app usage tracking.

However, we may add app usage analytics in the future to improve performance, features, and stability (for example: which screens are used most, basic device/app version info, and crash diagnostics). If we introduce analytics:

  • we will update this Privacy Policy before enabling it, and

  • where required, we will provide appropriate notice and/or consent options.

2) How We Use Information

We use the information described above to:

  • Authenticate you and provide login functionality

  • Create and manage your account

  • Maintain app security and prevent abuse

  • Provide customer support (if you contact us)

  • Improve the App (including possible future analytics, as described)

3) What We Do Not Do

  • We do not sell your personal information.

  • We do not use your sign-in information for advertising profiling.

  • We do not access your contacts, photos, microphone, or precise location unless a feature clearly requires it and you grant permission.

4) Sharing of Information

We may share limited information only in these cases:

A. With Sign-In Providers

When you log in, the sign-in process is handled by Google or Apple. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

B. Service Providers (If Used)

If we use third-party services to operate the App (for example, hosting or account infrastructure), those providers may process limited account data on our behalf, under contractual obligations to protect it and use it only to provide services to us.

C. Legal Requirements

We may disclose information if required to comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests.

5) Data Retention

We retain account information only as long as needed to:

  • keep your account active, and

  • provide the App’s functionality.

If you request deletion, we will take reasonable steps to delete or anonymize account information unless we are required to keep it for legal or security reasons.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you

  • Request deletion of your account information

  • Correct inaccurate information (where applicable)

The App is not designed to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us and we will address it promptly.

We take reasonable measures to protect account information from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data using appropriate safeguards.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective date and publish the updated policy where it is hosted.
